Story Trophies Glitched

Just finished the campaign tonight and discovered that quite a few of the story trophies didn't pop for some reason. Went back through and replayed the first mission, which for some reason was one of the missions I didn't get a trophy for, and it popped at the end. Not sure if it's just me but seems like it they didn't pop for you then just replaying the mission will suffice. The customize the recommended load out trophy hasn't popped for me either.

Strange. Haven't had an issue myself. It's not for customising the recommended loadout, you have to press R1 (or R2 I can't remember) to scroll over to custom load outs. Then simply accept the loadout and it should pop right after if I remember correctly.

Actually you can get it for customising the recommended loadout

I changed the secondary and grenades for the recommended loadout and the trophy popped immediately after starting the mission

It's odd. I've practically changed everything at least once and the trophy hasn't popped. Might be an issue with my game file at this point. Will probably just delete and reinstall infinite warfare.
