It is absolutely hilarious how incredibly ignorant you are of the issue that has affected this trophy (technically it’s not really the trophy, it’s the score tracking in the game) for the past 10 years (though it didn’t become apparent until most players had already been permanently affected online), despite all the documentation at the head of this thread and others.

I’m not gonna repost everything that’s already been said, but long story short, your friend is unable to help anyone in the future. If I had a friend like yours, I would have gotten in touch with Smzthyy and he would have organized a session which could have helped 20+ people.

That’s enough out of me about this though.

You can't help anymore, they've sent the challenge theyre gone from the leaderboard. literally the first post of this thread explains all that.

But rather than simply waiting for someone to pop up on this thread, which of course not everyone reads/is subscribed to, why aren't people actively searching for players that can help?

 

I got this some years ago after reaching out to well over 100 players trying to get someone to help, I actually managed to find multiple people. Unfortunately the first 2 were wasted due to the impatience of some boosters (all too familiar). We coordinated and got a few people the trophy with no.3. I even tried helping co-ordinate other groups with my 'spare' players.

 

It's highly unlikely you're going to get a lot of people coming to this thread after sitting on the game for a decade.

 

This isn't a pop at you @zemiguelreis but if you're following this thread waiting for someone to show up, you may well never get it.

I recently went through all my unfinished games on my dusted Vita, found this game again. Just checked which trophies I'm missing and well, yes the 2 online trophies of course. So what's the matter with them? Is there a way I could help anybody with getting these trophies? Please let me know.

The matter is that you need to find one of the few people left on the planet who only played the game for a few months in 2012. Once you do that, that person can help you.

Unfortunately it has to be the same region, the AS version doesn't have the problem.

Hi everyone, someone recently messaged me about this trophy asking if I could help. I need to order a vita charger and wait for it to come in. And then also hope my vita still works? I haven't played since 2012 if that helps anyone looking.

In a perfect world (score tracker glitch notwithstanding), SP has a low score on the first stage, Rolling Pastures. You have to set a score (committing to the trophy list in the process) just one notch above SP (in the case of Rolling Pastures, it’s some multiple of 50 or 250 iirc). You might of course be aware but you’ll need to be friends on PSN. Apply the same to each additional participant (scoring above SP, not above each other). Everyone must be ready at the same time on the same screen when the session begins. Once SP starts playing the first challenge so he can send it back to the first challenger, he is a ghost for everyone else, for the remainder of the session, and all time (as I observed by a player list going grey, being 8th in line in my session), and no one else can join. Use a joystick to keep the screen bright, don’t tap the screen lest you back out of challenge wall.

 

To clarify why all SP’s are “single use,” it’s because they must first play your challenge online themselves because they can only send you one back. You can see SP, but SP cannot see you.

 

That’s my own understanding of it but I recommend getting ahold of the good man himself aforementioned and following his instruction to the letter; he’s everyone best chance at getting the potential outcome from (we should assume) the most likely last SP to surface.

I just read @TheYuriG original post once again since I didn't for a long time and everything is very well explained there, so I recommend everyone that want to be helped and the SP himself to read through it so we are all on the same page.

Yeah, sorry about that. I remember that when the vita first came out, I wanted to try and be the first to platinum it. I remember going very hard to get gold asap. Over the years I've gotten messages from players asking for help and I always meant to try and help but without my charger I kept putting it off hoping I'd find my charger.

 

Anyway, hopefully the new charger from Amazon works well. And hoping we get a good amount of people to try. I don't mind how long it takes, I'll just pick a Saturday to chill and get this done.
