Question about DLC trophies

If I do the requirements of each DLC trophy during the Open Episodes event (when all episodes are free) and then I buy a subscription, the trophies will pop?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure anyways. The trophies popping are linked to the in game feats, not the actual act. As far as I know you can get feats during the open event.

Getting all the dlc trophies is a crazy grind though so doing it in the length of the event would be super rough lol. Even in the event + a month sub.

Yes you can meet the requirements for every trophy in the game and then buy a sub and they'll all pop
