New Site Update Issues

@Sly Ripper I know that there will be some teething pains with the new update and I expect some more issues to show up as more PSNP members use the updated site so I figured we could use a specific thread to keep all the issues in one place rather than you having to look through multiple threads. 

Here is the first issue I've come across, I seem to only be able to edit a post once. I posted a topic in the PS4 section here;

and I edited it once to fix a formatting issue and when I tried to edit it again to add the source, it won't let me. Any idea what is going on here?

Take your time with the reply as I'm sure you have much more on your plate right now. The site update looks and feels awesome so far (although I will have to familiarize myself with a lot of things again, but that was expected) and I'm sure I speak for many PSNP members when I say great fucking job, sir.

Here's one from me: On some status updates, when I tried to reply, it cached the previously posted content so I had to delete it before posting a new one. However, it does seem to be fixed now.

My signature is showing a very outdated version of it.  I had added some goals in and those aren't present.  When I go to edit, they are there but won't show in the forum.  This was present before the updating started, the version showing now is from sometime in November.

My statistics are showing incorrect numbers for the rankings (like how many games are E, D, etc.) and my completion rate dropped by over 1% after the update.

In chat, not all the avatars are showing up, editing a post erases your name, and if you click a name, you can't go into private chat. Also, like several others have noted, my completion dropped a couple percent on my profile, though it shows correctly on my trophy card. Not sure if you're using different math now or what.

Platinum achievers and 100% complete don't match on a game without any DLC like Mirror's Edge Catalyst. Also it shows 0 trophies earned.

My name isn't showing up on the 'Fastest Acheivers' section on the 100% club page of some of the games I've finished (e.g. Livelock, Coffin Dodgers).

If you click how many points you have left to the next "level" it shows sometimes 0, and then few f5s later it shows right value.

Wow this looks so much different that what I normally remember! Not that it's a bad thing or anything. I will have to keep on messing around with some of the new updates, but so far I haven't had any problems.

Bugs I've found:

• Completion rate is definitely lower than it should be, currently my profile on the old site said 92.17%, now it's at 90.85%. Is there something wrong/different with how you've calculated it - is something factored in differently than it was previously (DLC, platinums?). Right now I have 5492 trophies out of 5899 possible trophies, 79 platinum, 338 gold, 1323 silver, 3752 bronze, 140,610 points. Fixed!
• That bug where the site strips black color from images is still around, it happened to the thumbnail and trophy images for Torment: Tides of Numenera for example.
• If I set an image for trophy card 2 for a game, it still continues to use the same default (banner) picture for users and ignores the one I set (This comment is made by BlindMango if Parker puts this at the top). I have set a custom image for Final Fantasy XV (any version), Tomb Raider Definitive Edition, and Batman Arkham Knight.

This is also definitely a bug. My completion rate has dropped by almost 3%.

 

Another bug: every single trophy image in the trophy checklists have disappeared :(.

New completion rate also takes (missing) platinum trophies into account.

Issues seem to be minor so far. It looks like anything using img/avatars/s/ is turning up broken image references (e.g. the leaderboards of earliest and most recent earners of each trophy):

Edit: Also, modifying your display settings on your profile causes the background image setting to revert to some generic. It's necessary to modify the settings a second time to change the background to whatever you had it at previously.

Edit 2: I just noticed the smaller trophy card (in my signature) is showing blank for completion percentage. The larger one is fine, however.

It does look awesome but kind of buggy at the same time, i'm sure it will get fix soon, I noticed some problem with the leaderboard of some games, like missing people. Also, I tried to search a specific game and it wouldn't show up (Exemple: Duke Nukem 3D) I don't know If people are having the same issues

Looking at the leaderboards it looks like maybe not all database has been transfered on them as I cant see myself on fastest achiever in Dungeon Siege 3 as well as I saw other people complaining.

New completion rate % also calculates (missing) platinum trophies. fortunately I wasn't as severely done by this change as some of the others.

 

Oh, and trophy cabinet is broken. can't edit it whatsoever.
