I shall start and update this thread whenever someone finds an important new fact. User tagging You can use @ to tag anyone on the site anywhere. Threads or status updates. The mentioned user gets a notification provided they have not turned it off. Say hi to @Undead Wolf. Media insert We can now have different type of media on status updates! Videos, links, and smiles. No more bugs due to smile appearing in the status update.Likes Likes can now be given on status updates! Either status update as a whole or one post. These COUNT towards the overall like count (in case you are interested, we have a like leaderboard now. To access it, go to Browse -> Leaderboard And one very important fact for many users. Like limit (25) also counts for BOTH stats. To put it simply, you have one like count for post AND status update liking. So, if you like 25 status updates, you no longer have any like to give to posts and vice versa.Notifications Be very throughout in exploring these. By default, you get pop up notifications (if you allow them) on posts (if you set it) and any status update you post. So... if you are not careful, you may end up overflown with notifications Old features VERY requested feature and the main reason why I created the thread. To have old features like listing Status Updates or New Posts, you have to create a Custom Stream. Wtf is that you are asking? Easy answer. Just check the Activity -> My Activity Streams -> Create New Stream Here, you can customize your own search filter. If you want old status update link choose Status Updates in Content Types and customize the timespan. If you want old new posts.choose Topics in Content Types, Take me to the first unread comment and after you click on the stream, choose condensed view. From here, you only need to use+refresh these streams to refresh the content. Once you create them, you will have easy access to whatever you want EDIT: Even better! You can set one of these as your default (the tick right of the name) and it replaces the overall Unread Content one for even easier access. Want user specific status updates? Simply hover over someone and press Find Content. Thanks, @Satoshi Ookami!!!! Being able to like status updates is a great addition. Although if the like limit is the same as it was on the old site, I can see me running out a lot more. I'm glad it's still possible to view recent posts and status updates like we used to, even if there is an extra step involved. Looks like it finally keeps me logged into the forum side if I'm also logged in on the trophy side. Also, seems very mobile friendly... does this mean the app is coming out here soon? I hate change, but I'm sure I'll grow to love it. The most recent forum posts not being on the home page sucks for me because that's the first thing I'd look at. There is no quick way to get back at this point. You have to use the Home tab and then go to your profile from there. I didn't expect that the update will turn the forums into the blue-colored twin of the Klei forums...geez, now I'll need to use Shift-Enter spacing in here as well Makes me kinda miss the old layout. Now I've ended up frequenting two same-looking forums. Oh well, at least I already know where everything is... dernop Posted December 9, 2016 Share Posted December 9, 2016 i wish we could place the world- and country-rank back in the trophy bar at the top. when i visited my profile this morning my heart skipped a beat, because it looked exactly like in the old layout when someone was flagged (ranks removed) i mean it's not like there isn't enough space or anything for that! oh and we still can't sort game guides by time/difficulty... seems like i have to do my little thread a little longer then, oh well. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In the forum itself I only see the last 5 which seems like a low number to me. 10 would be better IMO.
