From yuber1234's list I choose Red Dead Redemption. I played it on X360 but didn't bother to get all the achievements. Maybe some day I do it on PS3. Or not. Super grindy, mainly because you have to wait real time for the challenges to reset. For me it's Sonic And All Stars Racing Transformed. I originally completed it on the Wii U, so no psn trophies of course. I'd complete it again on the ps3, but a few trophies require online players and I'm pretty sure the servers are empty.
