I know you didn't get the issue fixed, but you don't have to be rude about it. Tbh, and pardon my language, creating this thread just makes you look like an entitled asshole. As Gage stated above me, EA has nothing to do with the trophies or the game's code, so not getting a fix to your issue you did was not only expected, but they at least helped you by passing along some suggestions to pursue a fix elsewhere, which is more than most customer service places will do. I had to call my phone company one time for assistance with my data plan, and ended up getting transferred from Canada to Argentina to Venezuela to India back to Argentina and finally to Peru before my issue was fixed, all I needed was to address an issue with my plan. Each person I talked to was not helpful in any way, and int hat case, it's perfectly reasonable to get upset. Here, that Ea Support person was legit helping you as best they could, so it's definitely a low shot on your part to create a thread like this, and it makes you look bad 8 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I can't wrap my mind around people just expecting that a company that should have built that programming in from the start. If someone from any of my development teams even suggested the possibility of designating programming time to put that in from the beginning, I think my head would collapse in on itself. I know it's far-fetched but it reminds me of the instance where customers argue to the cashiers that food's expensive and they demand to lower the price or a refund, etc. The cashiers have nothing to do with it and they never set the prices. Then customers throw a fit and yell to never come to this store again. This is what I'm basically seeing here. EA I believe is the only one that does, and even then, its incredibly rare that they do it. I've only heard of them actually doing it just a few times, out of the few million people who play their games. Resetting multiplayer stats does reset ALL EA-published multiplayer stats, though. Someone had to do something with Battlefield 4 I think it was, definitely one of the Battlefield games, and needed a stat reset, but got their stats reset for all Battlefield games.
