Some of the trophies seem like they might potentially be missable, which is kinda annoying in a game as long as this, but since it's going to take two playthroughs anyway i suppose it's not that bad. If it's true that you can't carry over items between playthroughs i'll have to make my way through legendary mode without spamming the golden gun though. Getting 100% completion is the biggest time sink, of course, but the requirements for each individual minigame are less grindy than they've been in the past. The only trophy that I got really frustrated by was the cat fighting one since it's extremely RNG dependent (some of the Climax Battles are kind of a pain, but that's par for the course and they're down to player skill at least). Also given the lack of transfer between saves would you recommend doing the sub-stories on legendary as a means of making that part easier? Legend difficulty is honestly pretty easy, even with the lack of transfer. And I can think of at least one substory that could be a pain to do on legend difficulty (an escort mission). The game series is one of the best around, and I hope you can have a look at some of the other games in the series. Yakuza 0 is actually the perfect place to start as its the prequel to to the main series. As for the platinum were talking at least betweeen 100-120 hours game time.
