What do we know about Deus Ex Human Revolution?

In my desperate attempt to come up with something new and interesting to play (as one might have noticed from my other thread or two), I've stumbled upon this game.

I've never played Deus Ex before. From my understanding, it's something of a FPS RPG? In a Sci-Fi setting. Whatever it is, it looks pretty cool and like an entertaining game to have on my game list. Collect some trophies in it while im at it. Not the sequel/prequel-less gem I was asking about before, but cool nonetheless.

Is anyone else really looking forward to this? As someone who hasn't played Deus Ex before, what can I probably expect from the series and this release? Since I haven't really been following the hype train for Human Revolution, what kinda things have previews and articles been saying about it?
