Aksys Games has sent over some breaking news. The PS Vita version of Zero Escape: The Nonary Games, both physical and digital, will be delayed in Europe to “later this year.” The PlayStation 4 digital version will still launch on March 24, with the physical release date to be announced in the coming weeks.

Honestly, fuck you Aksys. You can release the PS4-version in March but not the Vita-version, not even the download?

I only count 4 threads in this game's section about the release. And such things are IMO better to post on it's own than bury them in any of those horrible "everything about the game"-threads due to the importance. :P

But the everything about the game is the most important, therefore, important news need to be there :awesome:

Anyone know what's up with the European PS4 version? The only European retailer that's recognizing The Nonary Games PS4 's existence, is Amazon.co.uk, and it's not accepting pre-orders yet, strangely.

But I love my PS4 and I generally prefer English dubs over Japanese VC

OUCH.

This hurts VERY much o.O

See the light! Quickly! See the light! =D

And I meant importing NA version =) Aksys has problems with publishing in the EU.

You are always more safe with NA versions.

Hehe, not sorry :P You have your opinion, I have mine :)

And I would, but since I have a European PS4, won't NA versions not work?

Of course they work =D

The same way as Japanese games work =D

The only Sony region-locking is on Vita. Because you can only use DLCs with the same region account. Since you cannot switch accounts on Vita, it's problematic with JP/NA games with DLCs.

Everything else is perfectly okay. Just needs account switching.

However, playing different region games on your EU PS4 and account is perfectly okay.

I feel so stupid for not knowing this yet.

Thanks a bunch for the intel! :D

Still sucks since it's literally just the same game. Still confused why they pushed it back for EU players.

I mean it certainly isn't the first time a developer pushed back a game cough Persona cough. I could only assume quality reasons(since they completely delayed the vita).. but like I said, it's literally the same game which I still find pretty strange..

Funny you mentioned Persona since Atlus is the 2nd company that for years had no idea Europe actually existed =D

It's always like this with Aksys and Atlus games.

I don't think I bought any EU version of Aksys game (excluding ZTD) =D It's always easier to import them, lol.

At least Atlus thanks to randomly chosen partnership with Deep Silver seems to have bought a new globus.
