Reading at night on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Hey guys, as many of you may know most of the so-called blue filter apps can harm AMOLED screens causing burn-in.

Since I tend to read a lot on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 before going to bed, what kind of measures can I use to protect my eyes?

Red light is what the Navy uses when one needs to see what they're doing but still needs to retain their night vision. Lookout stations, security posts, any place where yellow or white light is unfeasible or tactically unsound. In particular, it's used in sleeping compartments as a light source that doesn't wake the other sleepers. Find a clear red screen protector.
