LOD had a battle system that kept you engaged especially when you had Lavitz in your party. His combos were sweet to watch!

And another BIG YEASH to LOD's battle system, it was marked as Industry's first during it's release. Brings back some good'ol memory indeed. #nostalgia Edited February 13, 2017 by xf22Razgriz

Oobedoob S Benubi
Super Mario RPG: Legend Of The Seven Stars, hands down. I've never been much of an RPG guy. The only games I really liked were Super Mario RPG, Pokémon and South Park: The Stick Of Truth.

Jak
With a topic like this, it needs clarification on the end timeline. Like up to which generation is considered the last for old school? GBA: Pokemon Emerald/Dragon Ball Z: Legacy of Goku II I grew up with Sonic, Mario, opportunities to play Zelda, Pokemon, fighters, racers, adventure games, platformers, and shooters, so I didnt experience a lot of RPGs aside from Pokemon and HH Dbz titles.
