How do you get the harlequins to spawn?

Trying to get the Clowning around trophy and i have been to every place they are supposed to be an only found 2 of them. Visited each place 7 times now. replayed memories, died restarted game etc etc and they are not there so the guides are pretty useless to me.

 

Have anyone else had the same problem?

 

Nevermind seem like it you can use fasttravel close to them i had to run from far away and everyone was there.

They spawn near the river, and one spawns on upper ground, I can't describe the place, but google it and you'll find a youtube link, if not the video may be embedded on a trophy guide from another forum.

Yeah they are touchy. If they arent there then what worked for me is walk away so youre not near him, wait 30 seconds, then go back. Usually he would appear for me then!
