Can i Get the DLC ?

HI

my PS Account is NA (region 1)

I Got My AC:UNITY disk version but EU (region 2)

So if i make an EU Account and download the Dlc (Dead Kings) -- The DLC is free 

can i play the dlc on my NA  Account?

Yes, it shouldn't be a problem. As long as your PS4 is the primary system on your EU account you'll be able to play the DLC with any other account.

You can create as many accounts as you want and set your PS4 as the primary system on all of them. There isn't a limited that I'm aware of. Using that myself on 5 different accounts.

So this means i can buy my games from any region and buy their dlc this way

and play all the games and their dlc's on my NA Account?

Yes on PS3 & PS4, as long as the consoles are activated.

Not on PS Vita, as Sony didn't allow multiple users.
