Bubbilubbis
Like the title says. To be more correct, if you play a game on one console and trying to get a trophy that is like "get 100 kills with that weapon", can you continue the progress on another console? Got two PS4 and are switching between them almost everyday so this got me wondering. The games I play right now that is Siege and Battlefront and those games requires alot of those grinding-trophies. mekktor
This type of data is stored in the save file or sometimes on the game's servers if it's an online game. The PS4 system software itself doesn't keep track of it, it just gets told by the game when to unlock the trophy. So as long as you keep using the latest save file you'll unlock the trophies, no problem. If you're playing an online game without transferring your save then it depends on the game but there's a good chance it will count the progress from both systems.
Stevieboy
It would depend on where that info is saved. If it is saved server side then continuing on different consoles would unlock the trophies when you meet the requirements as the progress is updated each time you play, however if it is saved on a save file on the PS4 then you would need to copy that save file over to the console you are currently playing on for the progress to continue each time and not be split between them. As you have PS+, uploading the save to the cloud when you finish playing and downloading it when you switch consoles would be the best course of action. Bubbilubbis
Okay! Thought it was something like that. Both Siege and Battlefront carries over the stats online so I hope the trophies also counts. Guess I'll have just have to try and see. Thanks For the quick-reply guys.
