First, Load Level 1-9

 

 

Then kill all the enemy's, but don't jump down the level, stay on the main platform.

 

Then walk to the guardrail and stare at the sun for 1-30 seconds

Your gun thingy should flash with blue stars, after your 30 seconds is up, turn around and tah-dah, the shrine is there

 

Now just walk up to it and stand there, now you got the trophy
