I still haven't gotten mine, but when they sent out that email about Horizon stats it said I still needed to earn 3 more trophies to plat... but I don't, I got it ages ago. Still nothing. And Sony's twitter account for helping people is worthless, and I can't be arsed to deal with full costumer support. Should've just released the theme for free on the PS Store, or not done this via email notifications at all and done it like other games where the game will actually send you to the store to download it after you plat it or something. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe coz I have the complete edition? Does anyone know. Also got bloodborne Plat but no theme. Got the God of war reward though so not sure what to make of it. Does anyone ever get these themes? I’m surprised Sony even emailed you honestly, I only ever get receipts after I buy a game. That’s it. I Platinum'ed it within a year after release and received no email. I should have received Platinum rewards for Horizon Zero Dawn, Spiderman and God of War but hadn't so I emailed PlayStation Support. At first they told me they couldn't help me, then I pressed them further and they forwarded me to a specialist team. The specialist team was able to send me codes for all of my rewards without issue. Not sure what the hell the original support workers were smoking.
