Will I need a spoiler free guide to enjoy the first playthrough?

I played persona 4 Goldens first playthrough without a guide.

Looking back I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it as much if I did.

It was also my first Persona and it took a long time to memorize certain personas I liked and the moveset.

That I would imagine would be the hardest imo.

Otherwise no I wouldn't look up anything about Persona before playing, just let the slight learning curve come naturally :)

This is true for any game for me. If I have to strictly follow some guide, it really ruins my fun. It's why I haven't really dug into Dark Cloud 2, since it has glitches related to chests [present on PS2 too] and a loooooot of missables. :/

Missables are the worst.

To be honest, I'm probably gonna wait until there's a max social link guide (or whatever they're called in this one) before I play the game. Not that you need to do that of course, I'd just like to have a "perfect" playthrough I guess. That's what I do when I play P4G as well, even when I already have the trophy for it.

And in P5, I don't doubt Morgana will be more than glad to play tutorial character before *gender spoiler* 's replaced by the best girl :awesome:

*Gasps* Are you implying that Morgana's gender isn't what it seems to be? D: SPOILERS!!!

Of course. :P Think of the poor saps that don't, though. You don't want them getting mad at you over these major plot spoilers. I've been there. :giggle:

I didn't know
