Changed difficulty. Mistake?

Hello, I played Infinite when was released years ago, did was hard for me because didn't have enough experience in FPS, now I'm playing Bioshock Collection(infinite. I plated already 1 and 2)I started on normal but before of pick the girl, I changed the difficulty to hard and played for long. Could I messed the trophies? Or maybe I can repeat the first chapter on hard and get the trophy difficulty after finish the game?

You're going to get the trophy for beating the game on Normal since that's what you started out on. I don't think the game saves what you complete each individual level on so you'd need to play the game from the start in its entirely on Hard to get the trophy for completing it on Hard.

So basically, do you need to play through 4 times to unlock the plat?  (easy, normal, hard, 1999)?

The difficulty trophies stack, so it is possible to do it all in one play (use the konami code to unlock 1999 at the start)
