Dr_Mayus
You know what would be awesome if someone put the Super Mario Bros porno on the 3ds. That would at least make sense
Arkthur
I guess Nintendo fans really like their porn to go uh? You'd think the parent would at least turn on the console after buying it uh?
Wolvie_181
I find it funny that society doesn't bat an eye when it comes to violence, but go crazy when there's nudity (oh the horror ) Parents need to teach their kids about sex & what's appropriate. Also,Gamestop or the parents should have checked the SD card before giving their kid the 3DS.

Lady Lilith
I find it funny that society doesn't bat an eye when it comes to violence, but go crazy when there's nudity (oh the horror ) Parents need to teach their kids about sex & what's appropriate. Also,Gamestop or the parents should have checked the SD card before giving their kid the 3DS. Parents today are overprotective weak minded fools that do whatever their kids want, just to shut them up. Nobody cares if a 4 or 5 year old sees a boob. That comment saying it'll stick with them is bullshit. At that age, they'll forget it in a matter of days. Really, if these parents are getting their panties in a bunch because of this, I guess they're just as guilty, if not more guilty, because I bet that at one point, their kids have walked in on them screwing. It's far too convenient to blame games. Plus, I don't know if they realize this, but porn is everywhere, even on PCs. ESPECIALLY on PCs. Hell, their dad/brothers probably have some on those smart phones they probably let the kids use, and then we all know how that goes...they're too ignorant to use parental controls. It's ridiculous that parents let their kids play stuff like GTA and Call of Duty, but get all bent out of shape if they see a tit. I guess they assume everyone was born in clothes and take showers/use the bathroom in their clothes. It's 100% natural...and definitely more natural than violence, especially with the stuff that's in games like Generic War Game #
antithesis
Parents today are overprotective weak minded fools that do whatever their kids want, just to shut them up. Nobody cares if a 4 or 5 year old sees a boob. That comment saying it'll stick with them is bullshit. At that age, they'll forget it in a matter of days. Be wary of sweeping statements like "parents today are...", that only applies to the lowest common denominator. Come to my house, you'll see that's certainly not the case. And be further wary of judging parents or attempting to dole out parenting advice when you don't have kids yourself. Unless you're a parent, you don't know shit from clay...everything you think you know is completely and utterly wrong. I'd be more likely to say Americans today are so litigious because they have little sense of personal accountability and if there's an opportunity to get something for nothing, they'll take it. It's a cancer that has spread to the rest of democratised society and now everything you come into contact with has a legal disclaimer to prevent the producer from being sued. That has resulted in a Nanny State to a far larger degree than previous generations, but the world's also a far more accessible and dangerous place for children. Back on topic - most 4 or 5 year olds won't be damaged by a boob, but it's not a desirable outcome when purchasing a 3DS for your kid and they most certainly will remember it. Even at age 2, kids are information sponges and their long-term memory retention is better than your's or mine. I regularly ask my son who just turned 4 to recall specifics that I can't remember and he'll nail it 99 times out of 100. Don't believe the myth of "young kids don't create long-term memories", it's complete bollocks. Even if they don't retain specific memories or recall specific events, their personalities, behaviours, ethics and morals are shaped in those first few crucial years - it's incredibly important for parents to establish and continually reinforce boundaries so they know the basics of right and wrong for life. Exposure to abnormal material can lead to abnormal behaviour later in life (the risk is small but does exist, eg victims of child abuse often become abusers themselves), ergo it's better to mitigate that risk completely. Our kids shower with both parents regularly and we don't cover up our dangly bits, so they know the naked form of an adult and we have no intention of changing that in the near future. But when an adult is in a sexually-provocative image, it's a completely different story. Nudity is "normal" but it's the context of that nudity that makes all the difference, so I'd be firing rockets up the store manager's arse too if it happened to me. That's not because I want a free 3DS, nor is it because I'm a prude. It's because I want to manage my children's exposure to age-inappropriate content. I'm technologically savvy, so I would have caught it before my kids had a chance to see it, but most parents are completely inept when it comes to gaming, computers and the internet, ie the lowest common denominator, and in this case, it is up to the store to ensure that there's nothing on the 3DS before it's on-sold. Frankly, it's not the end of the world and I wouldn't worry about it too much if it happened to my kids. It would open the door to sexual education, albeit earlier than I'd be comfortable and in my view parents are responsible for their children's education, not the schooling system. Reading, writing and arithmetic only covers a fraction of what my kids need to know to be functional, safe and well-adjusted adults. Teaching them how to get something for nothing is not a lesson I want them to learn, so as Parker said, an apology is all I'd need to be happy with the outcome. FoeRequiem
They could have just bought the kid a 2DS. It's cheaper and there's no 3D option to harm his eyes anyway.
D-Tron
If it has nudity (complete or partial) don't care I will not get that game, In January will be Mortal Kombat for free on PS+, but I'm thinking of not getting that game, not because the trophies, but because of my brother. The less he watches, the better it would be. Who can say my brother will be a lawyer, a police, a fireman, a president????I'm surprised that you will point a finger at Mortal Kombat for its 'partial' nudity, but don't point this out: Edited December 29, 2013 by Blue Flare
Doom
I used to steal Dads Playboy magazines when I was 6. I don't think that it's warped my childhood. I was just curious and I wasn't scared for life, lol. Everyone needs to relax about nudity. It's a great thing and everyone loves tits and ass! Also BrunoBomb, you're a fucking moron. Sorry to break this to you Furb. But you make cosplay costumes and (I suppose) you are an anime fan. So you have been warped! And it's all because of those Playboy!
