The immortal trophy is glitched on PS4.  It seems to refuse to pop no matter the rule set or expansion combinations.  However, the game shares a trophy list with the PSVITA version and was a cross buy.  I got the immortal trophy playing on PSVita.  Uploading/downloading a cross save is not necessary as this trophy can be popped on your very first game.  You will get the trophy minus the screen shot from PS4.

On the PS4, I deleted my save data then won a game without losing a life - Immortal trophy awarded. I used the game defaults except I only used two local players and selected the talisman bloodbath option.

I tried this on Vita 2 local players and bloodbath option on. Didn't pop was there anything else?

Thanks tried this method and popped the trophy.

Hmmm, I managed to get it to work on the vita...

No issues on Vita. Did Talisman Bloodbath and had local player 2 fight and lose to the Sentinel until dead. Still a risk you can lose a life though... Darn Pestilence.
