As far as I know back from Danganronpa 2, there are 60 items, and I do have all of them dropped, but the trophy doesn't pop up! :c EDIT: Solved it by playing a few more times, seems like sometimes the trophy may not pop up even when you have all items collected due to some miscalculations of the game.
