SnowxSakura
If you're feeling lazy and don't want to grind, there's one cheesey way you can level up fast(this only works if you're playing on safe difficulty)Once you have access to mementos 2nd area, wait around until the reaper shows up(you'll probably be around level 11-15 at the time)and fight him. With the infinite retries on safe, you can slow brute force the reaper to death, and he gives 196,500 exp before social link exp buffs. It's enough to take you from 15 to 42 Edited April 10, 2017 by SnowxSakura

Satoshi Ookami
Do you actually need to level up on NG+ when you have access to all your OP Personas from the first play? =D

ShadowReplicant
You can also just wait for the influenza warning, then go to Mementos and keep engaging/escaping the reaper until he's in a "despair" state. He'll die automatically in a few turns. Rinse and repeat.

Valyrious
Not even necessary. With the items you get from your first playthrough, which boost your exp exponentially, leveling is never a problem. I played 90% of my NG+ in rush mode. And even that, having the strongest weapons, equipment and personas, and skipping almost all the dialogue, except for some special ones, it took 40 hours. No idea how anybody manages to beat this game in 50 hours without skipping significant shit.
Z1MZUM
I'm at 90+ hours on the 1st play through and only just beat the cruise ship.
