Spoiler The story related ones that go up are Fool, Magician, Judgement, and Justice. They'll happen at specific dates in the story so you don't gotta worry about anything. As for ones you actually hang out with, the Hanged Confidant will always be advanced, and possibly Moon as well? I'm not 100% about Moon, but even with a Moon Persona in the party, it doesn't usually say anything about it like normal when you talk to the person.
