I glitched on the 100% too, but I ended up getting it after buying all of the vehicles and re-entering the call-in point. Seems that there are two hidden cars you get after completing story mode which don't count. By the by, does anyone cry "So long King Bowser!" during the fight with Rex and his robot T-Rex?
