Gr4de_04 Posted April 14, 2017 Share Posted April 14, 2017 So, i finished up all the ofline trophies except this one and i still needed like 7 encounters for the trophy, but ive been tying old town rooftops as well as the ''pact with rais'' quest thing you see all over the internet but was only able to find 3 people in 4 hours. am i just THAT unlucky? or is it just one of those trophies developers never think trough. Lithium_Lemon Posted April 14, 2017 Share Posted April 14, 2017 I had found 8 instances when I finished the game and then used the "Pact with Rais" mission to get the last 7 in around 1 hour. Its kind of an exploit Yeah im aware of the exploit. Personally it didn't work for me. What I mean is just spend as long as possible doing side quests etc and don't advance with the story. PooPooBlast Posted April 14, 2017 Share Posted April 14, 2017 i may have gotten lucky but I used the method outlined by the trophy guide and was done in an instant. I had a 80% success chance everytime I replayed the mission. Also I had a lot spawn in old Town and I ended up only grinding about 4-5 times. FranklynStreet Posted May 9, 2017 Share Posted May 9, 2017 (edited) I just got them while searching for all of the zombie statues & flags. Had one left, ran around for about 10 minutes, and got it. I always try to peek at the trophy list ahead of time just to check for grindy trophies or missables. Sounds like your best bet is running around old town (they seem to pop up in several locations on rooftops under the wooden beam trellis-type structures and using mission select like Pact with Rais. It really wasn't very hard compared to similar trophies in other games, but the randomness of it could potentially be frustrating. I think your best bet are the two methods you already know about. Popular Post Slipknot_rooney Posted April 1, 2018 Popular Post Share Posted April 1, 2018 This trophy can be earned in The Follwing DLC, you need to drive near altars and you should hear a survivor call for help, if a survivor is lying on the ground surrounded by three men looking for information, you've found what you're looking for. It takes a while but I found it a lot more fun doing it this way instead of running around Old Town. You'll also gain levels for your buggy too while you're driving around checking altars.
