You need a full lobby of 10 for 'Omega Virus' (Legends), 8 for the 'Return to Sender' (Bomb Defuse) & 6 for 'Hold the Line' (Data Miner). Everything else can be done with 4 I believe, getting to Level 50 is a grind though, so be prepared.
