Are any trophies glitched? (Possible spoilers)

I didn't use a guide my first run. After i finished i checked the trophies and i believe i didn't get one i should of. 

 

I went to the tchois instead of going home alone. I ended up getting framed for murder and got arrested. Point being i didn't get the going to tchois trophy. Was i supposed to get it there or somewhere else?

For that trophy you have to go to the Tchois when you're in the van from the auction house (when you found the real piece in the box with the hidden compartment).

I've got all endings but 13/14 chapters, don't know what happened there...

I went home in two different  occasions  and still nothing ?

People, maybe I have the answer, a friend had the same problem and I solved it to him:

There are 2 chapters in hospital:

1) Matt alone (I think everyone has this one), 

2) Matt + May. To get this, follow these steps:

- go to the hotel 

- break the window

- trust in May

- don't fight with the guy in the street

If you did all well, May will not be kidnapped here, and she will call Sebastian's family, then you both will go to the hospital

I received the bluff trophy after going to Parr's house and placing the bowl on the table rather than throwing it to him.

 

Edit: That was for The Fool, you can still convince Parr straight after and get The Ploy by not catching it when he threatens to drop it.
