Arresting/Paying Bounty Crash

I ended up in a situation where I had a bounty of 1500 gold in Solitude (I honestly don't even remember why lol), and every time I tried to either pay off the bounty or go to jail, the game would just soft lock and I would have to close and reset.  This worried me, as I still had things to do in Solitude.  I browsed the internet to no avail, but I did manage to figure out a solution.  I went through all my items so I could just drop all my stolen items before I tried, just in case I had too many for some reason, and it turns out that my stack of Iron Arrows had glitched.  It was registering as the entire stack of 630 arrows was stolen, when I know for a fact over half of them were purchased.  So I just dropped the whole stack and tried again, and it worked like a charm.  Not sure what caused the problem in the first place, but it did fix it.  So if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue, check your items to see if you too ended up with a glitched stack.
