About Ending trophy involve Utopia protocol thing, what does it mean to corrupt or not corrupt, is it involved anything or just simple choice to make ? Where should i make backup manual save? I still mid-game so it should be great to know if anything must be do before so i can make backup. 2. Can I clean up all sidequest after the story or it just have to be progress as you playthrough story ? Any of them has something like Souls sidequest ? There is a few missable trophies, so no you can't clean up after beating the game, but there is new game+. I did choose to start over, so I didn't have to play through the game again.
