Combatting Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 They are the purple flashing icons that will pop up I had no problem getting them to show while I had my online set to on during my story playthrough. Every time I start up a new mission my target immediately leaves the session or is camping in a storefront. I've only been playing this game for a week, but i am SO ready for it to be over.
