Catch me if you can glitched? (SOLVED NOT GLITCHED)

Trophy states "be pursued by an enemy for 5 seconds." So I had an enemy chasing me for almost 30 seconds but no trophy. Wondering if this is a potential glitch trophy or if it's. It descriptive enough and needs maybe a specific type of enemy.

EDIT: solved it. After I beat the game I went back and tried every type of enemy and found the solution. It must specifically be the stationary cops, the ones who eat donuts. Best place is chapter 3, guy in the south on the beach towel. Hope that helps someone who was confused like me.
