Cellcrash1991
A friend of mine has bought his first PS4 2 months ago and he has bought a PS+ subscription, so I told him about the free games each month and he downloaded this month's free Until Dawn and Game of Thrones games. When Game of Thrones was downloaded and installed, he wanted to play it but he gets the following message: "Can't use content. You're license is expired. If you want to use the content, buy a new license in the Playstation Store." I've never had issues like that before, so I don't really know what to do to help him with this. Did any of you have experience with this issue ? Edited July 26, 2017 by Cellcrash1991
Stevieboy
Has his PS+ subscription expired? You need to have an active PS+ subscription to access the games acquired from PS+. Another solution would be to do the Restore Licences option on his PS4 to see if that works. http://manuals.playstation.net/document/gb/ps4/settings/license.html Edited July 26, 2017 by Stevieboy
thegirlruka
Is he trying with an account that isn't the one that purchased it? If so, he needs to activate it as his primary ps4.

So obvious I didn't check that first. Edited July 26, 2017 by Cellcrash1991
