Sorry if this is confusing you guys. There's 3 complete shards which you get from the 3 main bosses. There's 9 shard fragments that you'll get from mini bosses (3 whole shards) and each region has one shard fragment hidden somewhere (1 whole shard) so it's a total of 7 complete shards. Once you reach to the point where there's a purple portal on the bottom of the Shrine (Starting area) that's where you should backup your save to then get both trophies.

To bad i put a copy on usb stick only before corrupt first shard and not after i have all 7. Now i'm at the cathedral

Any tips on how you did it? Did you follow a guide anywhere? Any spots to backup?

Most of the trophies will be unlocked naturally. The one thing you shouldn't do is destroy or corrupt any shard throughout the whole game. 

After beating Legion and Salvation, a black portal will appear below the Skill Tree in the Sanctuary. At this point, do not go through the portal yet,  you should focus on finding all perks, and all seven Elder shards. 

Mince you have those, backup your save file, then proceed to destroy or corrupt all seven shards. Once this is done, go through the portal and beat the boss. Once you finish the game, backup your save, and do the opposite of what you did before (destroy or corrupt), and go through the portal again, beat the boss, and that's it.
