Anbody know how to unlock the debug item(s)?

With patch v1.05 installed I somehow unlocked an item that made Longinus OP. On the item's description it stated that it's intended to use only for debugging.

 

I don't have a picture of the said item, but I took a picture of a battle:

How!? You don't remember anything about how you unlocked this? Longinus is one of my favorite characters.. I always use her and Zulfiqar together.. dude I want this so bad!!! I wish I had such luck...

IIRC, if you download the game on Vita with no patches, you have a ruby item that breaks the game. This is amazing for speeding through to get different routes for trophies, but there are some serious caveats: 1. The save function is totally broken on NG+. 2. There are certain paths/trophies that aren't even in the code without the patch. 

 

Your best bet is to download, equip the ruby, install the patch and go for a specific trophy. If you don't get it, delete everything and repeat.

It's that icon when you try to start a game. If it's not present then no updates or already updated.
