Question about the trophies "Cole Blooded" and "Vehicular Manslaughter"

Do the number of kills I do for each trophy I mentioned carry over into another profile.

For Example

Like say I only beat 40 people for Cole Blooded in a good playthrough

And I started another playthrough (an Evil One), would I only need to defeat 60 civilians for Cole Blooded or would I have to do the full 100 in that playthrough

(sorry if I'm making this sound complicated I'm trying my best)

Same thing applies to Vehicular Manslaughter

AFAIK they do not carry over between playthroughs.

thank you. I was debating whether or not to do these trophies in my next playthrough or not.
