Do difficulty trophies stack?

YES! Just picked this up on psn! Know it's really early and no one's through the game yet. But if anyone could let us know if the difficulty trophies stack, when they can, that would be great.

Also if it's necessary to do the different end game decisions to get all the trophies, and if so, can you save and just reload before you make the final decision?

While the combat and gameplay isn't the greatest, it's decent and varied enough to make it enjoyable. But god this game made me laugh!! So looking forward to playing it again.

Well got to the end of the game playing on "Old School Bard," and only "The Bard" (normal difficulty) trophy popped. As on old school mode there's no save point just before the final boss fight, had to re-do the whole last tower to try again. But the "Old School" trophy did pop when I finished a second time. So thinking I just had to do it one more time to get the "Chosen Bard" did it again. Then again. Still no easy mode trophy.

Not impressed. Have seen a couple of others have obtained all 3 difficulty trophies, so any advice would be appreciated.

Christ this game is buggy and not only the trophies. The guy that was throwing himself into the force fields in Chapter IV glitched out several times forcing me to reload and waste my time. Also had problems with dialogue not playing properly. I might put this on the shelf until it gets a patch.

Occasionally dialogue would get stuck and I'd just have to skip the rest of it with circle.

It was maddening that sometimes the Farmer in Stromness would just stop for several minutes. I don't know if that's scripted or if he would get stuck as it's one long escort mission to the farm. Must have blown through 50 adderstones trying to keep enemies off him with Herne.

Yeah I actually ran to the save pillar saved and reloaded when he froze as he would never start moving otherwise. Fortunately he didn't seem to take damage once he was off my mini map.

Think the name "Remastered and Resnarkled" is very misleading. This was a port, not a remaster, and not a very good one at that.

Hope they fix these issues for others cause it is a really good game when it works right.

Apparently the difficulty trophies don't appear to stack (or at least they are not supposed to). So to get the other difficulty ending trophies without replaying the entire game you can use in-game cheats.

Start a new game on one of the difficulties you still need the trophy. skip the dialogue until you have control of the character.
Hold down the four shoulder buttons one by one, on the fourth button, click it once then press and hold a 2nd time. This is so that all four are held down without any selection menus being up.  On the vita, you hold down the 2 points on the rear touch pad that open the selection menus, then L1 and then double tap and hold R1 (or vice versa).
Now with the four buttons held (or 2 points on rear pad and 2 buttons), on the left stick quickly do right, right, left, left, Up, Down, Up, Down. If it worked, there will be a chime and a levels unlocked notification will appear on the screen. Now while still holding the four shoulder buttons (or resetting by holding all four again) press right on the d-pad to open the debug menu. Select the level "DT_TowerTop" and then pick the 3rd option to end the game.
If for some reason the difficulty trophy doesn't unlock with the 3rd option, then also enable X100 damage (Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right) and invincibility (Right, Left, Right, Left, Up, Down, Up, Down) then load DT_TowerTop and pick the first option and beat the boss.

That worked. Had to use the damage and no damage cheats as the 3rd option didn't work. Really don't like using cheats, but in this case, Don't feel guilty at all. Would have even gone all the way through again on easy if it wasn't so glitchy.

@Guardian_owl Thanks for your help and all your responses. Much appreciated. Guess all we can do now is wait to see if they patch the map trophies. Cheers.

I wonder if picking option 3 (by far the easiest choice of the 3) is knocking 1 level of difficulty off for the purposes of the trophy. So In hard mode picking 3, gives you normal (I didn't try option 3 on hard difficulty, I went to the debug menu after replaying with option 2 in hard mode didn't unlock the normal trophy). Then in easy, picking 3 would give you nothing since there is nothing below easy mode. Or perhaps the trophy conditions for option 3 are just screwed up like the Wandering trow map trophies, as I believe I selected option 3 on normal difficulty when I used the debug menu and it unlocked the normal difficulty trophy.
