I think the last one unlocks by winning the extra class that unlocks once you beat master class. Can someone confirm this? i dont wanna go thru the trouble of trying it if it wont unlock. thanks! edit:nvm figured it out. it unlocks after you play the first event in the special class btw sometimes it gets locked again,just start up world tour mode and it will be unlocked again. It does get locked if you forget to save the World Tour Mode.
