Need helps for the complete list of all collections and their locations. I can't find any guide regarding of this trophy.

I don't know of any list that just gives collectible locations. Basically this trophy is for collecting everything- blood memories, journals, books, etc.

I already got the Bouquet of Roses trophy (obtain all Blood Memories), so what I miss the most probably journals and books I guess.

And I already refer to the first link you gave but still can't find all collectibles. Maybe later I'll try to look for the youtube link that you give. Thank you.

No problem. I just worry that I found the correct youtube walkthrough since it's been a few months since I beat the game. There's another video for the library- all the books you can pick up in the library are readable: https://youtu.be/5Ghn2vIBaQc

Do you have every page of Viola's Journal? As far as I remember, those are the only documents that you have to go out of your way to collect (all of them in Path to the Abyss), all the other levels have them mostly in plain sight.
