The EU store doesn't get any Atelier game avatars like the US store does, so i would like those to be available to us too. It'd be great if you got a few avatars from every game once you obtained the platinum or fulfilled certain conditions for said game, that would just be lovely ^-^ At least they started adding some Disgaea, Neptunia mk2 and Mugen Souls avatars hopefully it is a sign of things to come. As for the avatars through fulfilling certain conditions or earning the platinum, I don't understand why SONY don't do this Microsoft do it either earning avatar clothing pieces or actual avatars. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Shinoda_2qx Posted March 14, 2013 Share Posted March 14, 2013 I wanted the Killzone 3 avatars that America got to be made available in Europe, but GG Dev told me that "Sony has different marketing strategies in different regions" I wish you could cross avatar downloads over different users in the same way you can games downloads. Seems Europe always get the bum deal from Sony! If PS4 allows user submitted avatars, I wonder just how many d!cks we're all gonna be seeing! If you've played Call of Duty: Blops or Blops II you can see all the dicks that people apparently think are hilarious to make as their emblem. If Sony allowed users to upload their own avatar you'd be looking at a whole lot of gay porn, I imagine. Hell, if you've ever played Steam games where players can spray or tag (I forget what it's called) something then you'd see what I'm talking about. Parker Posted March 21, 2013 Share Posted March 21, 2013 Hmm... how about a report button for explicit avatars that will violate Sony avatar uploading agreement etc. People could get banned then and reduce these so called "dick" people. Surely we dont mind the community with lesser of these people. The only problem with that is the extra massive workload that would put on Sony. If there was an easy way to prevent explicit avatars then I'm sure Sony would implement it but personally I'd rather them work on improving PSN as a whole versus improving the avatar system.
