Why do some games never get their trophies picked up by PSN's servers?

I've noticed a few games out there (mainly on EU store), that after all these months, haven't been picked up by PSNProfiles or any other trophy collection site, making the games unsyncable. The games I'm referring to are https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-gb/games/barnanza/cid=EP4171-NPEB02428_00-HDDBARNANZA00001, https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-gb/games/top-trumps-turbo/cid=EP4358-NPEB02295_00-TOPTRUMPSTURBO00, and https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-gb/games/the-bluecoats-north-vs-south/cid=EP0700-NPEB02122_00-000NORTHANDSOUTH

 

I'm wondering why these games still aren't syncable as of present date, seeing as one of them was released all the way back in September 2016. From what I see, these games don't appear on other PSNStore regions, so I don't know if region plays into it?

Not sure what games because I'm signed in to my NA PSN account on the store currently, but maybe those games don't have any trophies? It's the only thing I could think of.

sometimes they dont get added to Sony's servers straight away, so the site tracking sites cant pick them up.

But it's strange that one of them has been out for a year and still isn't syncable. But I guess there's some precedent for it since https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/6368-魔物獵人frontier-g (Monster Hunter Frontier G Vita ver.) had been out since 2014 but not syncable till 2017. It's strange how Sony treats certain games.

if the trophies are showing on the console but not the server then this is the case, i remember having this problem with the ps3 version of dont starve where sly actually tweeted the devs about the issue and not long after the list was added.

found the original thread for that game with the same issues

So what's the answer?... I've tweeted Sony about The Bluecoats (one of the games OP mentioned) and they say maybe the developer/publisher didn't pass them the trophy information. No response from the dev team

Well, this game https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/7257-top-trumps-turbo just now got posted to server, even though it's been out since June 2017. And NBA 2K18 (PS3) is still not syncable. Don't know about Barnanza though. Guess, it's either laziness on the devs, or laziness on Sony.
