You need to go into touch mode and find a part of the girl they find sensitive. I have a few that I was able to find

 

Yagyu - Rub Her Belly
Hikage - Rub Her Belly
Haruka - Smack her but
Ayame - Grope her face
Daidoji - Rub Her Belly
Yumi - Grope Her Neck
Shiki - Grope Her Upper Back
Homura - Grab her crotch
Yozakura - Grab her arms from behind

Leo - Touch her neck

Most of the girls have a specific spot you need to touch, before it will count towards the trophy but some girls don't have any sensitive spots.
