Popular Post The_Kopite
Hey guys, don't know if anyone has thought up of this before, but just had this spark of curiosity to look back to my 1st 10 platinums! A time where I had just started using trophy guides and starting believing that I could achieve them! My 10 ended up being a quite random but dare I say interesting list, contains platinums from all 3 consoles! PS4 Infamous Second Son (No. 10!) The Order 1886 Watch Dogs Middle Earth:Shadow of Mordor - GOTY PS3 Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection (FIRST EVER!) Sonic Generations Terminator Salvation Deus Ex Human Revolution: Director's Cut Mass Effect 2 Vita Invizimals - The Resistance Why not take a look and see what your first 10 were? Could be interesting to see the start of everyone's journeys! BTW.....mine are pretty decent overall lol (imho) even had decent fun with Terminator! (Shocker!)
Popular Post Gotakibono
Damn, I actually just noticed because of your thread that next year my first platinum will be 10 years old - that's absolutely insane. My first 10 platinums were all on PS3, and in order from first to last here they are: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Dead Space Fallout 3 BioShock Resident Evil 5 Mirror's Edge LittleBigPlanet Batman: Arkham Asylum Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Assassin's Creed II I must admit when I look back on it that's a pretty classic list of games.
Popular Post Feiryn-
I don't have many platinums so far but here's my 10 first platinums: 1. Uncharted 3 (PS3) 2. PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale (PS3) (nononononono, I am absolutely not an Uncharted fan haha kidding) Even if it's kinda off-topic, I think it still has its place here, I'll add my 10st "platinums" on X360 as well (not platinums since it doesn't exist but you get the picture) 1. Final Fantasy XIII 2. Tekken 6 3. Mirror's Edge 4. Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 5. Dead Space 1 6. Tomb Raider Underworld 7. Tales of Vesperia 8. Assassin's Creed II 9. Mass Effect 3 10. Popular Post Lava_Yuki
I had an old account before this one which had the first four plats on this list, all of which I got again on this account but in a different order. But I'll write them as per the order I first got them (italic). The order is from first to last. I also put the hours roughly and how I found them in terms of difficulty. 1. Final Fantasy XIII (PS3)- 137 hours: Hard 2. Final Fantasy XIII-2 (PS3)- 56 hours: Easy 3. Tales of Graces F (PS3)- 78 hours: Moderate 4. Tales of Vesperia (PS3)- 120 hours: Hard 5. Final Fantasy X-2 HD (PS Vita)- 80 hours: Easy 6. Tales of Innocence R (Vita)- 100 hours (60 hours of actual game play, 40 hours left for the 100 hour trophy): Very easy 7. Tales of Hearts R (Vita)- 50 hours: Very easy 8. Tales of Xillia 2 (PS3)- 127 hours: A bit tough 9. Tales of Xillia (PS3)- 45 hours: Very easy 10. Lightning Returns (PS3)- 52 hours: difficulty selection dependent, but overall easy

Popular Post GoldenShaka
Checking my first platinums it reminded me that I didn't hunt that much until 2014. 1. Dante's inferno (I had to start with a very easy one lol) 2. Saw. (Being a fan of the franchise I enjoyed the game, with the exception of the disgusting melee of course) 3. Sly Cooper and the Thievius Racconus (The first series to include in this adventure of trophy hunting) 4. God of war (After being scared with the Challenge of the Gods - most difficult trophy of the whole franchise- I got the first complicated platinum). 5. Prince of Persia The Sands of Time (Continuing with the franchises it was a must to get Sands of time in my collection) 6. POP Forgotten sands (The weakest of the series, but the swapping between platforms and freeze power is probably one of the things that I enjoyed most of the whole franchise). 7. Dead Space (One of my favorites PS3 games, such a beauty, but I hated a lot that shooting mini game) 8. Enslaved (I sucked that much with the sixasis that I never could finish Heavenly sword, so this was my first 100% NT game XD) 9. Alice Madness returns ( Nice game, very underrated, after a big hiatus I could finally got the remaining trophies for the atrocious port of the first game) 10. Batman Arkham Asylum (Certainly a jewel, very fun trying to achieve the trophies for combat challenges) Edit: Oops, I forgot to add, all platinums on PS3 Edited September 28, 2017 by GoldenShaka

Evil_Joker88
All on ps3: 1. Okami... first game i looked at the trophy list and thought i can do this... nearly done this in one playthrough but missed one trophy (completing all 4 kill lists) (2013) 2. ICO... nice game, easy after a full playthrough but doing it in under 2 hours was the difficult part (2014) 3. Assassin's Creed II... everyone has this one i heard... ok maybe not Dave .... AC II Trilogy are the best... (2014) 4. The Walking Dead Season 1... awesome game i thought back then and one of the worst endings i played so far... Telltale on the height of their work (2014) 5. L.A. Noire... amazing facial graphics, interesting story... open world boring though (2015) 6. Splinter Cell Chaos Theory... among my all time favorites... couldn't play it on the pc anymore so i bought it on ps3 again and getting the plat was super easy because i knew this game inside out (2015) 7. Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell.. the worst of the Splinter Cell Trilogy because two trophies glitched a few times and i needed 9 playthroughs to get it (2015) 8. Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow... didn't like it as much as SPCT but getting the platinum trophy was much easier as in TCSP as no glitches occured (2015) 9. God of War... OMG the challenges of the Gods were difficult as hell... i gave up on #10 after 6 hours and a total time of 10 hours... on 2nd attempt i got all challenges in 4 hours... such a happy moment (2015) 10. Heavy Rain... a masterpiece of storytelling with so many endings... most of them depressing though... and yeah a few flaws in the storyline too... I think besides The Walking Dead only for Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory i ddin't need trophy guide just looked at the trophy list...for all others i needed much help to get the plat.... Awesome journey in all cases with joy and anger likewise...

Popular Post Redgrave
Some of these might be out of order but the first and tenth Plat are definitely accurate. The Force Unleashed - My very first Platinum and at the time I was proud of myself for getting it. Assassin's Creed II - My first AC plat. It was also the time I stayed up late getting those feathers. Heavy Rain - I liked the game a lot at the time, but I remember the slog of having to play through certain parts of the story over and over again to get the different endings. Prototype 2 - I don't remember a whole lot about this game other than the main character cussed a lot. But I enjoyed it. The Amazing Spider-Man - I mostly remember this because it was the game where my original fat PS3 died on me :[ But I guess I liked it enough to try and Plat it at the time. Assassin's Creed III - I liked the game barring the 100% sync stuff, that one checkers game, and the multiplayer. The Force Unleashed II - I found this one more disappointing than the first one, but I was still glad to get the Plat for it nonetheless. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater - Amazing game in general, but lots of collectibles I remember needing a lot of tabs open for. Dragon Age: Origins - Really good game. I wanted to 100% it but the DLC costs more than the main game. Mass Effect 2 - The first Mass Effect game I played and I really loved it and would replay it several times. Undead Wolf
Most of my first 10 plats are pretty lame, but there are a few gems in there at least. PS3 Minecraft The Walking Dead Tomb Raider Remember Me Okami HD Trine 2 Mini Ninjas Sleeping Dogs The Wolf Among Us Vita Gravity Rush I was late the the whole trophy hunting thing since I played on 360 for most of last gen, so I was kinda self-conscious of my plat/trophy count when I first started. I was more concerned with raising those two things as quickly as I could rather than getting quality platinums. Still, Gravity Rush and Okami HD are the ones that stand out to me. Even today, they are some of my favourite games. Edited September 28, 2017 by Undead Wolf

madbuk
1. Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus - Amazing game, I got the platinum trophy without even trying because it's extremely easy, this was a long time before I started caring about trophies. 2. Tomb Raider: Legend - Another great game, and this time it was a platinum I actively went for. I loved the game and it's an easy platinum so I thought I'd give trophy hunting a try. I enjoyed it but didn't bother with any other games until 2 years later when I got my third plat, in 2013 3. LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes - The LEGO Batman trilogy are the most consistent when it comes to high quality LEGO games, and I loved the game enough to go for 100% regardless of trophies. With Sly 4 just around the corner, a game I had waited 8 years for and a game I wanted to get as much out of as possible, I figured I'd practice trophy hunting in preparation with this game. 4. Ratchet & Clank - Another fantastic game. LEGO Batman had made me realize that trophy hunting was actually quite fun (although I still wasn't too into it at that point), so I decided to do Ratchet & Clank because it was a game I didn't get around to completing on PS2 and I wanted to finally complete it on PS3, and I enjoyed it enough to go after the trophies as well. 5. Sly 2: Band of Thieves - In preparation for Sly 4, I decided to go back and plat the other 2 Sly games that I didn't get around to doing before. 6. Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves - ^ 7. Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy - A game I loved and had beaten multiple times on PS2, I earned the platinum naturally just going for 100% in-game, which is a very fun journey. 8. Ratchet & Clank 2: Going Commando - And here was my introduction to the concept of "grinding". Getting all weapons to max, and character level to max, was quite the task for me back then, but I loved the game and wanted to see it through to the end. 9. Tomb Raider: Anniversary - My favourite Tomb Raider game excluding the originals, I had a blast platting this but it took much longer than Legend as I found it quite a bit harder thanks to no death trophies and time trials. Certainly nothing impossible though, I was just inexperienced. 10. Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time - And this is the game that I began actively trophy hunting for in the first place, preparing myself for trophy hunting with games like LEGO Batman just to know what to expect for this game in particular, and it cemented my enjoyment of the hobby and made it a more prominent part of my gaming time than it was for the previous 9 plats. I loved every inch of this game, I know it wasn't very popular among fans but it was worth the 8 year wait and I'll always remember it for the game that really began my journey into the trophy hunter I am today. If only there had been a Sly 5 to carry on from that cliffhanger... Edited September 28, 2017 by madbuk

Rally-Vincent---
Uncharted (March 19 2010) Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Heavy Rain Dragon Age Origins Red Dead Redemption Assassin's Creed II Resident Evil 5 Uncharted 3 Far Cry 3 XCOM: Enemy Unknown (February 7th 2013) It were busy times back then without much time to play games. Those ten games do represent my general taste in games quite well. I like story-heavy games and/or turn based strategy games.
