After putting in just shy of 100 hours into Persona 5 I have finally picked up that platinum trophy. I could have done it a bit faster if Yuuske had decided to level up on the last day but otherwise I'm pretty happy with how it went. I loved it aye, The soundtrack was really great and I loved the design choices, the splashes of colour while you run through the metaverse and the design of each palace having some subtle and not so subtle looks at the targets personality. Gameplay wise I really enjoyed it, it's been a long time since I played a game like it but I have always enjoyed school sims and pokemon (both of which I would say elements of are in Persona). All the characters were great but trophy wise I'll have to go my favourite character, Morgana. Does anything bad happen if I romance 2 people on my cleanup playthrough? Will it affect trophies? I liked how the combat system was setup where you weren’t running around nonstop and had to fight all the time. I think there was a nice balance between the real world and the meta verse. Just the concept in general was refreshing. Not having ever played a Persona before. I did feel it was erring on the side of too long. The tail end could have been abbreviated some along with some of the extra features. That being said it really didn’t feel like I had played 112 hrs. Here you go, your well-deserved reward: Since you like P5, I recommend to give P4 Golden a try too.
