What can we do about trophy sellers?

That is definitely not true. I'm about to collect $10 for getting 10 plats. If that rate fell to $5 for 10 plats, they would be devalued.

But if you're paying for those trophies it kind of defeats the point and it goes back to being meaningless.

well buying trophies can help get some benefits like those that are no longer obtainable

He isn't paying, he is talking of the US thing that gives you psn credit based on your earned trophies (10 plats = $10, and there's something for gold and silver too).

 

There's a thread about that floating somewhere..

 

So, effectively trophies have a monetary value by Sony actions..

 

Said that the value of trophies mainly refer to in this thread isn't the monetary kind (ya, things can have non-monetary value.. not everything is about money, you know?)
