Questions about DLC and Avatars

Hey, I have been a fan of Hyperdimension Neptunia since the very first game and I have four physical Neptunia games while I have a lot of digital Neptunia games. So I want to know since I am planning to get this game either physical or digital, will this game have DLC as well as PSN avatars in the west?

As far as I know, we'll get the avatars. 

Not sure about the DLC, but I would say yes, we get them as well.

Avatars and themes will be sold at the store 2 weeks after the game's release but those who got the Digital day 1 edition will have access to those early. For the DLCs, most probably yes.

Hey, I check the PS Store today and the first batch of avatars for this game are out. It features IF and the others as well as 8-bit character avatars of Nep-Nep and the others. But the PS Store is acting like a bitch right now. So when you have time when the store is fixed, check them out.

you can buy avatars in the store and in the store should be a free design >.> dont know  if or when dlc comes
