Popular Post SnowxSakura
News on siliconera " Square Enix announced during the Latest Star Ocean Program live stream that Star Ocean: The Last Hope is headed to PS4 and PC as a “4K & Full HD Remaster.” Star Ocean: The Last Hope originally released back in February 2009 on Xbox 360, followed by the International version on PS3 in February 2010. You can check out various parts of gameplay for the upcoming remaster, which Square Enix says is pretty much already playable so the wait shouldn’t be too long. Compared to the original Xbox 360 and PS3 version that ran the game at 720p resolution, the remaster will support up to 4K resolution on PS4 Pro and in full-HD for standard PS4. In addition to various visual configurations, it’ll have trophy and share function support. The PC version of the game will make it the very first Star Ocean entry to release on PC, and it’ll be available via Steam with various resolution options. It’ll support mouse & keyboard as well as controllers for the PC. There’s also a screenshot function on PC that removes the UI to take better shots." http://www.siliconera.com/2017/10/11/star-ocean-last-hope-4k-full-hd-remaster-announced-ps4-pc/ " The 4K and HD remaster will be available as a PlayStation 4 title via PlayStation Store and on PC via Steam for $20.99. Until December 12, PlayStation Plus subscribers and Steam users who purchase the game will get a 10% discount. Additionally, those who go with the Steam version before December 12 will get an exclusive downloadable mini-soundtrack. Those who purchase via PlayStation Store before January 12 will receive and exclusive PS4 system theme and 12 PSN avatars featuring the main characters." TheFinalEmblem
... I joked about this for so long, and now it's actually happening... Well, guess it's time to set aside another 600-700 hours over the next 2 years ago... Pffffft HAHAHA yeah fucking right I'm never doing this again! Still, it's awesome for people who have yet to play it before, but RIP to their plat journey.

I have sworn to plat SO4 together with SO3 and SO5 by the end of the year, and actually think I'll live up to the promise. But there is NO WAY I'm doing that crap again. Honestly, even if you don't care about the plat, the extras in the game are such a mess. The missable quests. The missable recipes. The need to game the money system to have any chance whatsoever to buy the absurdly priced crap from Santa. And on top of all of that, you have to see whiny Edge for that period in the middle of the game. No thanks...
TooruPT
Yeah, no. Got the 1000G on the 360, that was enough battle trophy-ing for a lifetime. 30k kills with Edge and Arumat alone. 16 minutes ago, starcrunch061 said: And on top of all of that, you have to see whiny Edge for that period in the middle of the game. B-but that was the best part. The meltdown cutscene was hilarious.

Depends on how much they care. They could go in and fix some things too, but doesn't sound like they are.
