SlimSanta94 Posted October 12, 2017 Share Posted October 12, 2017 It's definitely legal but it can be pretty annoying to purchase any items from a foreign store, as your Paypal account / Card details won't work on it unless you're using an American payment type.. I just transfer money from my Dutch paypal to my American Paypal. Fast, simple and reliable P.S. PCgamesupply is the best place for US PSN cards. You can pay with Paypal and you get the code right away. I think you understood me wrong or maybe i said it wrong I use my regular Paypal account for PCgamesupply I only use my American Paypal for my US PSN account.
