Ramen ingredients

I basically beat this game up and down with the exception of a small few S rank and bonus completions of other C-S missions. The last 2 trophies I need,  is to get 42 rings in one Naruto cannon. The guides say that I should eat all the ramen at the shop for maximum Chakra. I ate all except for 5. 4 of which are still "????" and the other is mineral water ramen, which I'm missing the ingredient for.

 

My question is, how do I get the ingredients to show up in the map? I beat all story missions and already picked up all green and red dots on the map. Every time I redo a story line mission or one of the S-D missions, only secret scrolls pop up.
