Can a bought game that has been removed from store still be downloaded?

Years back i bought Turtles in time. The game is removed from store now a days. Problem is i had it on another ps3 and used another account and im trying to remember the password .

 

But even if i remember the password, can i still download a game i once bought even though its gone from the store?

Yes it will be in the old accounts download list.

As far as I know you should be able to access the download from your purchase history in the store

Yes, this is virtually always the case. Only exceptions I've heard were things like the PT demo (which was free) and a few instances on Xbox. Sony seems to be pretty good about it.

 

If you can get a code from other sources, you can even still "buy" delisted games on PSN. I've done this several times. You should be good to go if you can get your p/w back.

Yes you can still download it. After Burner Climax was removed from the store but people who bought it can still retrieve it from their Download List. So it would work for Turtles in Time as well.
